Tobacco Gantry Replace & Refresh

Spanning two years and more than 3,000 supermarkets, this was a programme built on careful planning, clear communication and complete visibility. Every stage was meticulously coordinated, ensuring stores across the UK received the same high standard of execution while keeping disruption to retailers and shoppers to an absolute minimum.

The Challenge

Replace and refresh more than 3,000 tobacco gantries across the UK while minimising disruption to busy supermarket stores.

Our Solution

Using our in-house design expertise, we developed bespoke unitry for multiple gantry formats, creating a solution ready for manufacture, rollout and long-term support.

The Delivery

Delivered by five dedicated field teams, more than 3,000 tobacco gantries were installed over two years, supported by live reporting and meticulous project coordination.
