Questions, Competition & a Cause Worth Supporting

Last week, we swapped tools, timelines and to-do lists for an afternoon of trivia, tunes and a touch of competitive chaos—all in support of a brilliant cause: LOROS Hospice.

We’re so proud to share that, thanks to incredible team spirit and a pledge to donate for every team member who took part, we raised a fantastic £2,125 for LOROS! 🙌

The Melita team came together for an afternoon of quick thinking, questionable guesses and plenty of laughs. There were a few raised eyebrows as unexpected trivia talents emerged from across the team—proving we’ve got more general knowledge lurking in the ranks than we thought!

It was the perfect way to switch off from the day-to-day, have some fun, and do something meaningful together. Huge congrats to Dan’s team, who clinched the top spot!

About LOROS

Based here in Leicester, LOROS Hospice provides free, compassionate care and support to over 2,500 terminally ill patients and their families every year. Their services—delivered both in the hospice and out in the community—include end-of-life care, counselling, bereavement support, and more.

It’s a cause close to many of our hearts, and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting the incredible work they do across Leicestershire and Rutland.
