Over the past two years, we’ve been quietly building behind the scenes — expanding our equipment, increasing our capabilities, and opening up a brand-new workshop space to keep pace with growing demand.
Because scaling up isn’t about just doing more of the same. It’s about continuous improvement - doing more and doing it better.
🏭 New Premises, New Possibilities
With the addition of our new production space just a 30 second walk from HQ, we’ve vastly increased our manufacturing footprint. That means:
With everything in-house and under one roof, we’re set up to work faster, build better, and stay fully aligned — whatever the brief.
⚙️ What’s New on the Shop Floor
We've made targeted investments in machinery based on what matters most to our clients: speed, precision, versatility, and finish quality.
Here’s a closer look at the tech powering our latest builds:
Laser Cutter – Lasertech 10160
Our second laser cutter allows for parallel production, with a greater capacity to handle multiple materials simultaneously. Fast, accurate, and efficient — ideal for acrylic, MDF, and complex cut work.
CNC Router – Apollo ATC 1530
A larger bed size and tighter tolerances mean cleaner cuts, greater detail and faster output. This CNC router is perfect for big panel work, fine detailing, and intricate joinery — all key for retail display builds that look sharp and hold up under pressure.
Heat Bender – Shannon HRP-D 300
We’ve added a second larger heat bender to our arsenal. The machine allows for crisp folds in acrylic and PETG, delivering consistent results and a sleek finish – essential tooling for high-end detailing and repeatable precision.
Table Saw – Record Power TS250RS
Smooth operation, faster setups, and pinpoint accuracy on wood and composite sheets — perfect for efficient cutting at scale with no compromise in finish.
Compressor – ABAC Spinn 4E
Provides higher reliability, more power, and improved energy efficiency for all our air-fed tools, helping us keep pace while cutting down on unnecessary energy use.
🖨️ Let’s Talk Print
Branding, graphics, signage — it's not just about structure, it’s about standout visual impact. As part of our growth, we’ve added full in-house print capability — giving us greater control over branding, colour accuracy, and production speed.
Roll-to-Roll Printer – UCJV300
Prints onto flexible materials like vinyl, paper, and banner stock — ideal for:
Flatbed Printer – JFX200EX
Prints directly onto rigid substrates like Foamex, acrylic, and wood, making it perfect for:
Bringing print in-house means we can respond faster, stay in control of quality, and deliver fully branded displays without relying on external sources.
💡 Why It Matters
Every investment we’ve made — from machinery to floor space — is about delivering better results for our clients.
We’ve now got:
All operated by our in-house team, with the care, speed, and attention to detail that defines Melita quality.
📈 Ready for What’s Next
We’ve built more than just extra capacity — we’ve built a smarter, more agile production environment.
With everything under one roof, we can deliver full projects in-house — from first sketch to final install — without the need to juggle multiple suppliers. Fewer handovers. Less hassle. Complete control. Powered by the people who know what Melita quality looks like, and how to deliver it fast.
And we’re not stopping here. As demand grows, we’ll continue expanding our capabilities and investing in the tools that help bring bigger, bolder ideas to life.
And we’re not standing still. As briefs get bolder and timelines tighter, we’ll keep evolving — adding the tools, tech, and space to meet whatever comes next.
Because when your displays demand the best, we’ve got the tools — and the team — to make it happen.
